Yavapai Modern is a custom home in the Yavapai Hills community in Prescott — designed and built by Usonia Design Build. Four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, full bar, game room, mud room, and butler’s pantry, with two-car plus toy garage, 10-foot glass doors, and 16-foot ceilings in the main living space. Covered front and rear patios frame views and Prescott’s four-season outdoor weather.
