In Williamson Valley, Prescott, Usonia Design Build led design and construction for a 2,500-square-foot addition tied to an existing wing, with a full interior remodel across the home. Standing-seam metal roof, black stone, and modern stucco unify old and new. Four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, great room with 16-foot ceilings, game room, large pantry, dirty kitchen, covered patio, and two-car garage.
